Creating Order Fulfillment from Sample Issuance Page

System allows users to create Order Fulfillment from Sample Issuance Page. We can create Order Fulfillment using this as reference.

Go to Sales (Menu) > Sample Issuance (Sub-menu)

Sample Issuance transactions that have been posted or approved can generate Order Fulfillment, except for those with a status of fully fulfilled.

  1. Search for the Sample Issuance Transaction ID. To know more info, click Searching & Reading an existing Sample Issuance record.

  2. Fulfill button is displayed enabling the user to generate order fulfillment transactions with ease.

  3. After clicking the Fulfill button, Export Sample Issuance dialog is displayed, prompting the user for confirmation to proceed or not.

  4. If the user wishes to proceed, click the “YES” button. Otherwise, click “Cancel” button.

  5. If the user proceeds the process, Order Fulfillment page is displayed containing all necessary information from the Sample Issuance Transaction.
